1. What data I process about you

In the course of your visit to this website, I will collect the following information: The date and time you access a page on my website, your IP address, name and version of your web browser, certain cookies (see point 2 below) and the information which you provide yourself by filling out the contact form. There is no obligation to actually provide the data that I ask you to provide on my website. However, if you do not do this, you will not be able to use all functions of the website.

The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is our overriding legitimate interest (in accordance with Art 6 Paragraph 1 lit f EU General Data Protection Regulation), which consists in achieving the purposes mentioned under point 3 above.

5. Transmission of your personal data

I will not transfer your personal data to third parties for the above-mentioned purposes.

6. Duration of storage

I will generally save your data for a period of three months. A longer storage takes place only if this is necessary in order to investigate detected attacks on my website. If you register my our website, I will save your data for as long as your account exists and then only for as long as legal obligations provide.

7. Your rights in relation to personal data

Among other things, you are entitled (under the conditions of applicable law), (i) to check whether and which personal data I have stored about you and to receive copies of this data, (ii) the correction, addition or deletion of your personal data, which are incorrect or are not processed in accordance with the law, to (iii) to require us to restrict the processing of your personal data, and (iv) to object to the processing of your personal data under certain circumstances or to the consent previously given for the processing revoke, (v) demand data portability, (vi) know the identity of third parties to whom your personal data is transmitted and (vii) lodge a complaint with the competent authority.

8. Data protection declaration for Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service from Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”). 9. Newsletter

I may only send newsletters with advertising information with the consent of the recipient or on the basis of legal permission. Registration for my newsletter takes place via an opt-in procedure. The registration for the newsletter is logged in order to be able to prove the registration in accordance with the legal requirements. This includes the storage of the times of registration and confirmation as well as your IP address. Other data that you provided when registering for the newsletter will also be saved. Apart from your email address, I only use your information to personalize the newsletter, this includes, for example, your name. You can cancel the receipt of the newsletter at any time. 10. Contact forms

If you send me inquiries using the contact form, your details from the inquiry form, including the contact details you provided there, will be stored and processed by me for the purpose of processing the request and in the event of follow-up questions. Your data will only be used for the purpose of answering and processing your question. The data processing takes place here according to Art. 6 Para. S. 1 lit. a GDPR on the basis of your voluntarily given consent. You can object to this at any time (right of withdrawal).
