Reconnect retreat is a five-day retreat and is about (re)connecting to yourself, to nature, to god/consciousness and to like-minded people.
It is also about working with the five elements, earth, water, air, fire, and ether within and outside of ourselves.
Each day we will focus on one element, and its connected energy center in our bodies by combining various empowering modalities such as shamanic & wiccan elemental practices, energy work, embodiment and much more. The retreat will be located at Mattsee. It is one of Austria’s stunning Lakes, 30 minutes from Salzburg, allowing us to reconnect with nature on another level.
I have been to various retreats around the world and even though they were all very special I feel that a common thread was missing. That is why I wanted to create something special for people and share all the insights and knowledge I have gathered over the years.
I aim to create a flowing journey by really gaping each experience, creating safe spaces and intimate moments allowing you to surrender, be your most authentic self. By offering 1:1 and daily group sharing circles.
Not only will you be able to practice many different modalities but also learn about them theoretically (their origins, meanings, practices) and have open discussions about them.
Another missing link from other retreats was the connection and bonding with the other participants. For you to surrender, feel all emotions, be vulnerable and experience transformation you need to be able to trust and feel safe with those who are around. That is why I also want to put a strong emphasis on building trust and bonding between the participants.
(Re)connection is everything. We don’t feel at peace if we are not connected. So let me guide and hold space for you to connect to who you really are.
THE ACCOMMODATION
Located at Mattsee, one of Austria's beautiful lakes, only a 30-minute drive from Salzburg.

Ceremonial cacao has a long history of use in indigenous Mesoamerican cultures and ancient civilizations such as the Mayas and Incas where it was considered a sacred plant medicine.
Ceremonial cacao is often used to facilitate emotional healing and release. Its heart-opening properties are thought to help individuals connect with their emotions, process unresolved feelings, and find emotional balance. Theobromine and other compounds in cacao can also induce relaxation and reduce stress, making it a wonderful medicine to promote mental and emotional well-being. As ceremonial cacao can also facilitate a deeper connection with one's inner self and higher consciousness it is a beautiful medicine to work with during a manifestation practice.

CAN I CONSUME CEREMONIAL CACAO?
Ceremonial Cacao is legal and safe to consume for everyone. However, if you are currently pregnant, lactating or consume MAOIs or SSRIs your dose will be lower to avoid headaches and racing heart as cacao is considered a stimulant. Please reach out to our teacher beforehand so she can prepare accordingly.
WHAT DO I NEED TO DO BEFORE THE CEREMONY?
It is recommended that you avoid caffeine, alcohol, refined sugar and animal products a few days or at least a day before the ceremony to be able to absorb its full effects. It is recommended not to eat anything heavy 2-3 hours before the ceremony.
DO I NEED TO BRING ANYTHING TO THE CEREMONY?
Yoga mats & pillows will be provided or you might want to bring your own. It is recommended to wear white or light-colored clothes and bring a journal book.
WHAT DO I NEED TO DO AFTER THE CEREMONY?
Please drink a lot of water to cleanse and hydrate your body. If possible, avoid drinking alcohol and engaging in big crowds of people, the day of and after the ceremony to be able to fully integrate the experience.

Sound Bath
Sound Bath- Bathe in the healing vibrations of Sounds
Humans have known for thousands of years that sound and vibration are one of the most powerful tools in existence for healing. Long before modern science could back this up, medicine people used sound to induce deep, meditative states to regulate the nervous system & balance the energy centers in our bodies to trigger the natural healing process.
When sound waves from healing instruments interact with our bodies, they create vibrations that resonate not only with our tissues and organs but also with the water contained within them. This resonance causes a gentle, subtle ripple effect throughout our entire system.
The water in our bodies is highly responsive to these vibrations. It begins to move and flow in harmony with the frequencies introduced by the sound-healing instruments. This movement can have several profound effects such as :
