What’s included
60h of Live Sessions
Each course week entails 3 hour-long live video sessions, in which you’ll have the opportunity to learn about theory, practice and ask questions. In total, you will have 60h of live sessions. These sessions will be recorded in case you miss it.
Study Buddy
Throughout the course, you’ll be paired with another student to review and hone your work. This is as well an important component to support each other throughout the process.
End-of-course evaluation- 1:1 Mentoring Call
After the course is completed, a video session will be scheduled with me to relay your end-of-course evaluation. I will provide you a retro on your strengths, weaknesses and areas to improve.
Workbook
This program includes a very thorough and information-packed workbook. Here I tried to put down all my knowledge about Energy Medicine and explain the different modalities from a spiritual but also scientifical perspective.

If you join this program you will receive various of my private Spotify playlists that you can use for yourself but also for your 1:1 sessions or your group workshops.
Welcome Package
Each Energy Medicine Practitioner student will receive a welcome package at the beginning of this course. This package includes ceremonial cacao, smudging tools, crystals and special discount codes & bundles for purchasing sound healing instruments.
1-1 Mentoring Sessions
In this course, each student has 1x 1:1 mentoring session included at the end of the course program. However, if you feel called to have additional 1:1 support throughout the course you can choose to add my 1h or 4h mentoring packages.
Supportive Community
As you will be going through this course with other like-minded people you will have the opportunity to connect to every individual via a WhatsApp Group. Important updates, valuable information, questions and stories will be shared here during and after the program.
20h Self Practice
You’ll be assigned homework each week and will be tested to track your progress. The practical self-study part of the course entails 20h, which at the end will be evaluated.
Course
Outline

In the first month, you will get an introduction to meditation & mindfulness practices. Two very important components in Energy Medicine Work. You will learn about different concepts, history & origins of meditation practices and mindfulness. We will practice different techniques and exercises together so that you can continue with a practice on your own and learn how to guide others.

In the 2nd month, you will learn all about the world of sound. Training in person (intensive weekend) or online is possible.
-Theory: Intro to music theory, frequency, scales, sound physics, origins of sound healing, different styles & Instruments.
-Practice: Learn how to play crystal & Tibetan singing bowls, Shamanic drum, Gong, Shruti Box, Chimes and more.

In the third month, you will dive into the world of energy work. Here you will:
-Get initiated with 3 reiki symbols
-Learn about the meaning and explanation of energy and frequencies
-Learn about the history of Reiki & its Principles
-Understand the differences between auric layers, chakra system & gland system.
-Know how to send reiki to yourself and others in person & to a distance
-Learn about crystals and how to work with their energetic properties
-Learn how to set up a reiki session with a client in person and via distance

In the 4th month, you will:
-Get initiated with the reiki master symbols and with the energy of the violet flame.
-Be able to send Reiki to a group of people simultaneously.
-Learn how to communicate and work with other energy beings such as archangels, guardian angels and spirit guides that will help you in your daily life and reiki sessions.

In the 5th and last month, you will discover different shamanic practices.
Theory: Introduction to shamanism, history, types of shamanic cultures & Tribes, shamanic journeying & spirit animals, introduction to types of plant medicines and cacao plant, the harvest of cacao, Andean, Maya & Inca history with cacao plant.
Practice:
Shamanic journeying, learning how to prepare cacao medicine and host authentic cacao ceremonies.

You can enroll at the general rate until 31st of March. The course will start on the 1 week of April 2024 and applications for the Energy Medicine Practitioner program will end. After that you can enroll in the individual programs.
